    Managing Director

    With more than 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, Mr. S.M Arshad has helped Mohtisham scale great heights of excellence by creating a brand that is synonymous with credibility, integrity, and quality. Mr. S.M Arshad holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering from NITTE University, Mangaluru. After a successful career in his family textile and handloom business in Chennai, Mangaluru, Kannur and Calicut, he tested the waters of the highly competitive real estate market and launched the very first project ‘Mohtisham Apartments’ at Old Kent Road, Mangaluru.

    He plays a key role in developing the Company’s values and goals, supervises the performance of every department and ensures that each project carries the unmistakable stamp of design excellence and high-quality standards. Driven by his strong values and a fundamental commitment to his customers and associates,

    Mr. S M Sawood

    Executive Director

    Mr. S M Sawood plays an influential role in Mohtisham as Executive Director. He holds a degree in Bachelor of Commerce and Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management from Christ College, Bengaluru. With over twenty years of experience in the field of real estate, he is actively involved in overseeing the Sales and Marketing division and guides the overall functioning of all other divisions of the Company in achieving its strategic goals.
